The collection of stained glass windows from the beginning of the 14th century were fitted into the new bays. These sections, whose architectural design was largely inspired by the windows of Saint Catherine's Chapel within the cathedral, created an important iconographic series: a Sedes Sapientiae (Solomon's Throne with, perhaps, the Virgin Mary, as depicted on the large gable of the cathedral facade), an Annunciation, the Magi, a Nativity scene (the Baptism), saints, and large or small ornamental rose windows, two of which are situated in the bay opposite the astronomical clock.
At the beginning of the 15th century, a large, imposing section was added, depicting the Last Judgement, together with the Apostles' Creed. The whole installation must have been completed by 1417, when the General Chapter, presided by Léonard de Florence, in the presence of Prior Pierre de Gengenbach, took place.
